What are the site setup requirements?

Do you provide rentals out side BOP?

We provide rental cabins to the following regions Rotorua, BOP and Taupo regions, however if you are interested in something outside these areas contact us as we maybe able to help in putting you in touch with an associated rental provider. Or contact our Auckland region Manawatu or Northland region companies.

Is a credit check required?

Yes we conduct a credit check, please see our lease application page for more details.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes for:

Commercial units - 3 months.

Residential units - 3 months.

Do we need a consent for these sleep out?

Since we manufacture caravans and portable cabins in most cases you don't need a building consent. But should you need a building consent we will assist you obtaining any consents required.

Where does the waste from the toilet go?

A Porta Potti chemical toilet is supplied with the cabin it has a holding tank underneath which needs to emptied, either down a toliet or sewage drain.

Where does the waste water from the bathroom go?

The drain can be drained into a bucket, or soak hole.
